Our service helps businesses collect visual and audio input from users through simple browser-based links, and receive webhook notifications with AI-extracted information, no app, no complicated uploads.
By accessing or using our website, API services, and extraction platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services. Our platform integrates with Google's authentication and infrastructure services to provide secure, reliable access.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
You may sign in using your Google account. By doing so, you agree to Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We access only the basic profile information necessary to create your account, and you may revoke that access at any time in your Google account settings.
Processing and storage may run on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. We do not share your extracted data or uploaded content with Google for advertising or unrelated purposes.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and keep it current. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18, or otherwise have legal capacity to enter into agreements, and have authority to bind any business you represent. Our services are intended for business, professional, and developer use, in compliance with applicable law.
We offer Pay As You Go, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. Subscription fees bill in advance monthly. Pay As You Go runs on credits, consumed as you use the service and topped up as needed.
All content, functionality, and technology within our services, including text, graphics, logos, extraction algorithms, AI models, and software, belong to VideoSignal, our licensors, or other content providers, and are protected under intellectual property law.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or reproduce materials from our services, except temporary browser caches, files stored for performance, reasonable personal copies for non-commercial internal use, and API usage as permitted here. You must not abuse or circumvent rate limits, or attempt to reverse engineer our API.
By uploading videos, images, audio, PDFs, or defining extraction schemas, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, modify, and display that content to operate and improve our services, including training our AI models, unless you're on an Enterprise plan with Bring Your Own Data.
You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you upload, that it doesn't violate third-party rights or the law, and that you've obtained any consent needed from individuals appearing in it. You remain responsible for its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness, and for giving your own end users appropriate privacy notices.
You agree not to: use our services unlawfully; upload malware or harmful scripts; submit child exploitation material (strictly prohibited) or excessively violent or objectionable content; attempt unauthorized access or bypass security; disrupt or overload our systems; scrape or systematically extract data beyond authorized API use; impersonate others or create fake accounts; or upload content that infringes others' intellectual property.
API access follows your subscription plan. API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed publicly. Rate limits ensure fair usage and system stability; exceeding them may result in throttling. You must provide a valid webhook URL, and we're not responsible for delivery failures caused by issues on your end.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Files are retained according to your plan's storage duration; extracted data and metadata may be retained longer for service operation and billing. We implement industry-standard security measures, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You may provide upload links to your own end users and are responsible for their compliance with these Terms and for giving them appropriate notices. Our services may integrate with third-party platforms; we're not responsible for those services or their terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VideoSignal and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the services, extraction errors, third-party or end-user conduct, unauthorized access, data loss, webhook failures, or downtime.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, in which case liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-extracted data, or uninterrupted, secure, error-free operation. AI extraction models have inherent limitations and may produce incorrect results; you're responsible for validating extracted data before relying on it for critical applications.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VideoSignal, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of our services, violation of these Terms or third-party rights, content you upload, your end users' use of your links, or false information you provide.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that could harm our business, users, or reputation. We may also terminate inactive free accounts after extended periods of non-use.
You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use and requesting deletion. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but fees are non-refundable for the current billing period, and unused credits are forfeited on termination.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes that reduce your rights, we'll provide at least 30 days' notice by email or in-platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first to attempt an informal, good-faith resolution.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and VideoSignal. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign ours without restriction. We're not liable for failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
